Touches the real heart

My most sincerest gratitude and namaskar to Swamiji for doing a very deep and touching English commentary on Bhagavad Gita. Especially for someone like myself who has been living in the UK for 55 years, sadly to say, English is now my first language. I am going through it very slowly as each line has so much to reflect on. Swamijis book has the ability of pushing me gently to go more inward. Its a wondeful and strange experience. I could write so much in glorification of this book. I am indebted to swamiji. Thank you for your compassion Swamiji.

Beautiful Commentary

I do not reside in India. However, by the grace of my family members in India, I am fortunate enough to get a copy of this beautiful Gita.

As a follower of Swami Sivananda Saraswati of Rishikesh, I came to know about Achryaji through lectures He gives in the Ashram often. When I heard of the Gita with Nochurji's commentary I knew I had to get it.

The books are really nicely printed, quality material and the hardbound version of the books is just magnificent. With this said, the content of the books are much more important. Nochurji is explaining every verse in a very complete and understandable way. Each one can take something from each verse explained and implement in one's life!

Pranams to you Acharyaji! And to all those who brought this extraordinary work into publishing!

I have no words to write a review.I feel like Lord Krishna has given you a pen to combine all His Updesh from various scriptures and you have been given that Shakti to compile a Granth ,incomparable to any Tika read so far.

Thanks is a small word,GRATITUDE FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK,BECAUSE YOU DID HIS WORK FOR WHICH WORDS ARE NOT ABLE TO DO JUSTICE.

Vyasaushadham for Maraṇa Bhaya Nivṛtti;

Have been listening to Nocchurji for the last 20 years, either physically while in Palakkad, or through his CDs and now thru YouTube Videos, which I use for the ’contemplative walking’ at 4 a.m; in the Brahma Muhurtha; his talks are not pre-prepared and gush out as the Gaṇga at the Alaknanda, when he sits on the Vyāsa Piṭa.

Just received the Elixir. Superb printing with colour coding, etc. as I use for transcription of Swami Parāmārthanandās classes on BG, Gita Bhashyam, VC and other texts, with diacritic marks for sanskrit words throughout the text. Appreciate the special extracts for contemplation, with page reference, etc. with anecdotes and its background. And also the colour-tab indicators for different chapters. Though the fonts could have been 2 points more, I agree, it has its own drawbacks on the quantum of pages. Now it is my duty for transferring it from pustaka to mastaka.

I received feedback that the Kindle version has also come out without any known display and zoomability issues for sanskrit texts, etc. Thousand pranāms to the ācharya and the whole team and the printers. Punaḥ Punaḥ Namō Namaḥ.

Gratitude for this treasure

Most revered Anna,

My humble namaskarams at your feet.
I don't know how to express my gratitude for the Bhagavad Gita Book. Many, many koti pranams to you.
I should be ashamed to call myself a Hindu, having not known much about the Gita until the age of 56! Now, I am 59... Of course, in these few years, I could know some 1%of it...
But having come to you, you have made it clear that rather than having the book and reading it as a ritualistic practice, the Gita is very much a Divine Herb for all our panacea, and will grant us the ultimate reward.
After getting to know about the Gita, I did want to know about each chapter, in detail. This desire was deep within. I listened to a few lectures by Swami Omnkarananda, Swami Aparajitananda of Chinmaya Mission, and you too. But your book now will help me to have this as a regular spiritual practice - read, do manana. Yet to understand and do nididhyasana! Please bless me.
Regards and humble pranams,
Rajani
(I sincerely hope that this message reaches Anna. I wish to express my gratitude to all the bhaktas who made this book come out.)
